About Rocky Mountain Reserve:

In short, we are administrators of COBRA Insurance and cafeteria plans that include FSA and HSA accounts of all types. We want to make understanding benefits an easy experience for all who come to Rocky Mountain Reserve.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service in all areas of our company and that sets us apart amongst our competitors. We strive to make the world of health benefits easier to understand and accessible to all.
Get to Know the Teams:
We are growing rapidly as a company and have multiple departments that are always in need of great people! Get to know the different departments at Rocky Mountain Reserve below:
Client Services Team: Our client services team is our first line of defense at Rocky Mountain Reserve. We handle almost all participant interactions and ensure that we are always putting our best foot forward and meeting the needs of our clients and their employees. This department is made up of two teams:
- Customer Service: Our Customer Service team is located in Provo, Utah. It's currently our only physical office location in the company. We are a tight knit team dedicated to exceptional customer service and problem solving. We are a primarily inbound call center and also assist participants via email and chats.
- Claims Processing: Our Claims Team is a fully remote team. Their primary responsibility is to review and approve all incoming participant claims, documentation, and reimbursements. They carefully review all documents to ensure IRS and account compliance. Our team is dedicated to helping participants maximize their benefits and learning their accounts.
Shared Services Team: The Shared Services team runs all our back of house. They are responsible for data processing, reports and file feeds, creating training modules, and various projects assigned to us by other departments within the company. This team requires detail oriented, efficient, accurate, and driven, individuals. This team is also fully remote!
Account Management Team: Our account management team is the back bone of Rocky Mountain Reserve. As an Account Manager, your primary role is to build and maintain strong client relationships while managing their accounts and participants. You will promptly address all inquiries from clients or their brokers regarding their plans and participant’s accounts, and will be expected to proactively engage with clients on a regular basis to ensure accurate and up-to-date plan administration. This team is fully remote and needs highly motivated individuals with exceptional communication and strategic problem solving skills.
